FocusReserve uses rules you choose to build and spend a local point reserve. It is a self-management tool for the owner of the iPhone.
The app does not show Screen Time activity
Confirm that Screen Time access is allowed and that the affected group still contains at least one app, category, or website. If access was revoked and later restored, open each saved group and confirm its selection again. Reports and callbacks are delivered by iOS and can appear after a system delay.
A spending app is still shielded
The reserve must cover that group's complete next interval. For example, a five-minute interval that costs 50 points remains shielded at a 40-point balance. Open FocusReserve once to refresh monitoring and the current shield state.
Points were not earned
Confirm that the target belongs to an earning group and that you completed the full interval. Incomplete intervals do not award partial points. iOS may deliver Device Activity callbacks after a delay.
Apple Health points were not earned
Apple Health earning is optional. Confirm that it is enabled, that the relevant workout or step rule is enabled, and that FocusReserve has read access in Health settings. Manually entered Health records are excluded. FocusReserve cannot distinguish a denied read type from a type with no available data.
FocusReserve Plus is unavailable or not restored
Plus is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. Confirm that the device is online and signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Settings → FocusReserve Plus and choose Restore Purchase. FocusReserve does not use a separate account or subscription.
Where is the CSV export created?
Plus creates the CSV file locally on your iPhone. You choose its destination in the system share sheet. FocusReserve does not upload the export to a developer-operated server.
How do I remove my data?
Use Reset Balance and History in Settings to remove point lots and ledger entries while keeping groups and settings. Disable Health earning in FocusReserve or revoke Health access in Health or iPhone Settings. Revoke Screen Time in iPhone Settings. Deleting FocusReserve removes its remaining locally stored data.
